Increased Service Calls For Post Electric

Post Electric has been around since 2016, had a website and some online presence, but needed a way to break into 3 different towns and increase their service calls.

They are now working on being the leading electrical contractor in 2 other counties when an electrician is being searched for in Google.

As of right now they’ve been working with us for 90 days and have seen incredible results.

The Service Call Accelerator Framework was implemented for Post Electric to get them more service calls, this consisted of:

  1. Optimizing their website, so that you show up for local searches.
  2. Setting up and running local ads to get their phone ringing in 14 days.
  3. Optimizing their Google Business Profile to show up in the “Map Pack”
  4. Setting up a review management system to help them get more reviews to increase trust and search rankings.

Website Optimization

One thing that Post Electric needed was a new website built from the ground up. This is not the norm for clients who implement The Service Call Accelerator Framework, but what we discovered is that if we wanted to give them the best results a new website was needed.

This is because what the website was previously built on had limitations to be able to add the correct semantic HTML, that’s the H1, H2 tags.

The website build only consisted of 11 pages, there was no need for blog posts.

The Websites that we build are not bloated with content, but created with content that is valuable.

This resulted in Post Electric being the top electrician in organic search for their county.

 

Google Business Profile Optimization

Next was to optimize their Google Business Profile. 

We updated all of the information on their Google Business Profile to reflect their website.

This resulted in being shown in the top spot within the Maps Pack in Google. 

 

Local Ads

Once the website and Google Business Profile was optimized we moved onto setting up Local ads.

Usually when taking on a client that wants local ads to be ran, this will be set up first, so that the client will get more service calls within 14 days.

Post Electric opted to work on the website and GBP first, and saw really good results, then moved to local ads.

Within 14 days Post Electric was getting service calls from the local ads we were running for them.

 

Review Management

The last piece was that we set up a review management system to help them consistently get more reviews, so that they will stay ahead of the competition in ranking and build trust with future customers.
